IP & Ownership Rights
Students and authors retain full copyright over their original code and Feed Studio articles. IDRAS holds an exclusive worldwide operational license for rendering.
1. Enforceability of Electronic Contract
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding electronic agreement executed under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (read with Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, authenticating via Google OAuth, or using any compiler or simulation feature within IDRAS, you explicitly consent to be governed by these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy.
2. Institutional Tenancy & User Eligibility
IDRAS serves enrolled undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral engineering candidates, accredited faculty members, academic reviewers, and institutional administrators across affiliated universities. Independent scholars registering without university affiliation are governed by the general academic learner tier.
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 16 years of age or possess valid institutional consent through their enrolling university.
- Credential Safeguards: You are strictly prohibited from sharing session cookies, password credentials, or platform UUIDs with third parties. Any activity occurring under your authenticated identity is legally attributable to you.
- Compartmentalized Authorization: Students may never attempt privilege escalation to access faculty dashboards, administrative portals, or private peer repositories.
